What happens when it rains?
If nature has done the watering for us, we skip the visit, let you know, and you are not charged. Simple as that.
How do you get into my garden while I'm away?
However suits you: a key in a lockbox, a gate code, or a neighbour. Access details are stored securely and shared with nobody.
Can I pause my plan for a holiday?
Yes — pause or skip visits any time with a day's notice. Many customers actually add visits while they travel.
